I couldn't be happier with Duke of Iron! They went above and beyond to install a railing on my stoop - how often can you say that!. I was told the install would be done in 4-6 weeks and put the deposit down for it. Later that day I went back and explained the railing was needed for my very active, soon to be 90 year old Mother, and they bumped up the install to 2 weeks. Not only that a week later, after they prepared the railing, I asked if they could modify it - which they did - and still installed it promptly. I highly recommend them for their courtesy, friendliness and extra effort.

In this modern world of internet shopping, computer acronyms, remote work, and social media dating aps, it was a pleasure to enjoy the human interaction with the talented staff at Duke of Iron. I've passed by the building many times without giving it a second thought. But when I needed to install railings on my back stoop, I knew that was the place to go. The entire episode from design to measurement to installation took three weeks. It was a pleasure working with Paul, Catrina, Benjamin, and Carlos. When I called Duke of Iron and we said that we were interested in a wrought-iron, powder coated hand railing on our front door stoop, I let Katerina know that I was unable to travel to the store to meet with them. They sent Phil, the owner/president of the company, out to my house, we had a really nice conversation, and we agreed to a scope of work.
